Label Printing and Reconciliation Systems

Acquire Automation’s Label Printer and Reconciliation System provides an integrated solution for label printing, inspection and reconciliation. With the Product ID and Serialization feature, the LPRS can be integrated to support E-Pedigree, anti-counterfeiting, product track and trace and unit level serialization requirements. Specific product information is 100 percent tracked and traced throughout the manufacturing process.

The standard system has a highly customizable front end that focuses on label printing, inspection and accountability. The system is designed to be used in both on- and off-line environments. The system is capable of running a wide array of vision tools including but not limited to Optical Character Verification (OCV), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), bar code inspection, print quality inspection and pattern matching. Lot specific information is tracked within a secure database that can be integrated to higher level MES and distribution systems.

The LPRS is designed for 100 percent inspection and tracking of product labels. Both passed and rejected labels are tracked and traced electronically by the system. This significantly reduces labor required for reconciliation of printed labels.
