Tray Inspection System:
TIS 1000, 2000 and 3000

Acquire Automation has designed and developed a series of automated tray inspection systems specifically for the pharmaceutical industry to achieve maximum accountability and reconciliation. The TIS quality inspection system is designed to eliminate count-related deviations and resultant reworks as specific job lots are run within filling and packaging operations.

TIS inspects product components including tray-loaded glass vials, syringes and ampoules. The system is designed to accurately count and verify multiple product components within product trays by utilizing a color inspection process. All of Acquire Automation’s systems can handle a wide range of tray sizes. Minimal mechanical changeover is required.

TIS will also inspect for stranger product, missing components such as caps and stoppers, and defective product. Each system is designed for single-user operation.

As an option on all three of Acquire Automation’s TIS lines, a comprehensive validation package is available, which includes a detailed Computer System Validation section that can be developed in customer document formats.
